    Every day, mydala showcases an unbeatable offer on the most super cool stuff to indulge in like eating, massages, shopping and pretty much anything fun happening in your city. By promising businesses a minimum number of customers, we get them to give us value deals you won´t find anywhere else. We call it "our buying power!"

    2. Do deals take place only online or at a physical location?

    Sadly, there´s no secret location, although actually that would be a cool idea. But in reality, all deals are held only on the website.

    3. Where did you get the name mydala?

    "dala" derives its origin form a Sanskrit word Dala which means group. So, mydala means my group.

    4. When are you coming to my city?

    mydala is owned by Kinobeo Software (P) Limited and is privately owned and funded.

    HOW IT WORKS


    1. So, when do I see a deal?

    The Deals start from 12pm and end at 11:59am. A deal lasts for only 24 to 72 hours. Our deals are time-sensitive, have limited quantities and all vouchers are sold on a first come, first served basis. It´s a competitive thing. To make sure that you get the deal you want, buy before the clock expires or the deal gets sold out.

    2. I like the deal. What do I do now?

    Don´t let it slip away from your hands!! Just click "BUY" before the offer ends at 11.59am. If the minimum number of people as specified in the deal sign up, you´ll get a printable gift voucher in your email inbox the day the deal ends. You can use the voucher whenever you want keeping the expiry date in mind. If not enough people join, no one gets it, so invite your friends, acquaintances, co-workers, and family to make sure you get the deal!

    3. Do I have to sign a group of people to get the deal?

    No - our hundreds of members make up a big enough group. However, you will want to invite people anyway, since mydalas are fun to use with friends, acquaintances, co-worker, and family, and hey, you can gift it too!

    4. What happens to the deal if not many people buy it?

    If enough people don´t sign up, then the deal is cancelled, and your charge will be reversed ASAP. So if you really want it, you gotta get your network on it! Or easier still beg or threaten your friends!

    5. I see certain deals have "bulk orders click here" what is a bulk order?

    A bulk order is one where if a single customer buys a certain minimum number of vouchers for a restaurant, they can use all of them towards a table in a single visit. A customer has to call into customer service to do a bulk order. This is great for people who want to throw a party, just want to entertain friends, etc.

    6. Do I need to register to buy the deal?

    You can browse the site and see the deals, but to buy a deal you have to register.

    7. Do I need to use the voucher the day I get it?

    No. Most mydalas have a validity with a start date and an expiration date. Don´t forget to check the "What´s the Catch?" for that.

    8. I just bought a mydala. How do I use it?

    The day the deal ends, you´ll receive an email with your mydala voucher with redemption instructions.

    9. Can I gift a mydala?

    Yes. We communicate with all the businesses that we work with that mydalas can be gifted, and unless the "What´s the catch?" specifically states otherwise, gift away!

    10. If I don´t use the voucher value in one visit, can I use the remainder later?

    NO, you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don´t use. Don´t be a kanjoos! Take a friend - share it!

    11. Can I combine mydala with other schemes?

    No... not unless the mydala specifically states otherwise in the "What´s the catch?".

    12. What if I wish to refund or exchange mydala?

    Sorry, we have zero refund or exchange policy! We would love to help you otherwise

    13. If the business for which I bought a mydaIa shuts down, what then?

    If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your mydala, we´ll make sure you get your money back.

    No worries, just email or call us and we can send you the voucher again.

    1. What payment options do I have?

    We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards, all debit cards. Coming soon: IVR, Cash on Delivery, Paymate

    2. Am I billed as soon as I buy anything on mydala?

    Yes - you are charged when you buy a deal. If the mydala does not the required minimum, your charge will be reversed entirely.

    3. Can I order by phone?

    Yes! Just call our Customer Service.

    4. Is mydala safe?

    Extremely safe! Your credit card number is transmitted by Verisign SSL directly to our secure payment gateways. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.

    5. Are there any taxes?

    Check the "What´s the catch?" always for the details. Most of our deals do not include taxes or service charge.

    6. What is the transaction fee?

    We charge a 2.5% fee which is added on when you buy the voucher.

    7. I bought a deal, but can I cancel it before the deal ends?

    No. Once you have bought it, just use it or gift it.
